You are a much more credible source if you actually go through the trial it
takes to get through it. You gain the insight of the drive and mental
determination it takes to succeed which in turn helps you coach and help others

Unit 7
I enjoyed this week's exercise. I appreciated the long pauses for me to actually visualize and attempt to feel what the audio was stating. I need to ensure I don't do this in the dark again though, it creeped me out at one point to the point that I stopped and got up and turned the lights on before I continued. Which in affect broke up the whole process not allowing me to get the full benefit. Other than that I found it very grounding and flourishing.

Maybe next time you could use some candles to make it not as dark. I would be creeped out too doing this in complete darkness or silence. I agree that going through trials makes a person more credible. When you experience things first hand, there is a unique wisdom there that you can't learn from any other source. Great blog.
